About Me
Before entering graduate school, I worked as a Research Assistant at the RAND Corporation in Washington, DC. I was exposed to many interdisciplinary projects that explored the exciting intersection between technology, people, and public policy.
In Pittsburgh as a PhD student, I concentrated my research on the extent to which emerging technologies can alter our capacity to communicate and share information with other individuals and systems. My advisors Professor Sara Kiesler and Professor Susan Fussell focus on complex collaboration and information sharing.
Now in San Francisco, I am thrilled to be back in the Bay Area, where I grew up. I joined Google as an User Experience Researcher and explore collaboration in the cloud. A few things about me: I absolutely love to travel and enjoy good food. I enjoy running (preferably not when there is snow on the ground), reading (pretty much everything), and cooking.
